Seminar Preview: Employee Engagement and Communication Strategies

Entrepreneur's Playbook | Episode: 751 | Guests: Kristin Ryan | 0
PKF Texas’ next Continuing Education event focuses on Employee Engagement and Communication Strategies. It’s coming up on February 6th. Russ gets the details from Kristin Ryan, Audit Senior Manager and one of the faces of the PKF Texas Employee Benefit Plan team.

Russ: This is the PKF Texas Entrepreneur’s Playbook. I’m Russ Capper, this week’s guest host, and I’m here with Kristin Ryan, Audit Senior Manager and one of the faces of the PKF Texas employee benefit plan team. Kristin, welcome back to the Playbook.

Kristin: Thank you Russ, glad to be here.

Russ: I understand you’re here to tell us about a cool upcoming event?

Kristin: I am. We’re excited to have Monirah Bacnik, founder and CEO of brand28. She’s going to be here on February 6th at our office. We’ve invited clients and prospects to the event and she’s going to be talking about employee engagement and communication strategies.

Russ: Communication strategies in this era is a little unique; you know you’re dealing with this multigenerational workforce. It’s probably a challenge, isn’t it?

Kristin: Absolutely. That’s one of the things she’s going to touch on is how to communicate to the different generations as well as a communication strategy for 2020 for clients and prospects, and she’s going to talk about what’s worked for her and her industry for employee engagement.

Russ: Tell me more, I’m interested now.

Kristin: So we have Continuing Education we’ll be offering to accounting and HR professionals as we usually do. We’ll have breakfast at the event and we hope to see everyone out there. We have sent out an invite but if you have not gotten that and you’re interested in the event or would like to register you can contact our senior manager of practice growth Jen Lemanski at her email JLemanski@pkftexas.com.

Russ: Okay tell us the date one more time.

Kristin: February 6th; it will be a morning breakfast event.

Russ: Okay, thanks a lot.

Kristin: Thank you.

Russ: You bet. For more information about this topic visit pkftexas.com/benefitplanaudits. This has been another Thought Leader production brought to you by PKF Texas the Entrepreneur’s Playbook. Tune in next week for another chapter.
